This treatment package is offered to younger women who have difficulties in conceiving naturally due to male factor (low sperm count or motility), tubal patency and immunological incompetency, but possess a normal ovarian reserve with a sufficient number of antral follicles which will respond to hormonal stimulation during the programme. IVF treatment and ICSI will help to overcome these obstacles and offer much higher chances for successful fertilization of patient's own oocytes. ICSI procedure is also recommended even if the partner’s sperm indices are normal, as the careful selection of the sperms for injection under the microscope, after a careful evaluation of their morphology and motility allows choosing the most proper ones and helps to ensure higher fertilization rates.
The Embryo adoption program is a proven, successful process allowing families desiring to experience pregnancy and childbirth (single parents or married couples) to adopt remaining embryos from patients who have performed a successful IVF treatment at our clinic and donated surplus embryos to other future families. At our embryo storage we have more than 1000 cryopreserved embryos ready to be booked immediately. In 2020 we reached 60% clinical pregnancy rate with donated embryos with patients over 40 years old! In accordance with the newest research, the success rate of frozen embryo transfer cycles is nearly the same as fresh IVF cycles.
Despite high success rates of assisted reproduction methods, not all couples are able to undergo their own stimulation and the only chance for their pregnancy is resorting to oocyte donation. Among the indications for egg donation treatment are premature menopause, poor egg quantity or quality due to advanced female age, or genetic disorders. This treatment package includes the possibility for a patient to choose a perfect egg donor in terms of donor’s appearance, cultural background, educational level, interests and values.A couple will be provided with an access to our Egg Donor Catalogue and will be able to choose among more than 300 donors. On a couple's request, we provide an extended personal profile and detailed medical history. Our Egg donors are young women who have at least one their biological child, are fully screened and eager to share the happiness of motherhood with other women.
Opting for this package you will avoid waiting lists, as the donor oocytes are available immediately at our bank for booking! The success rate of the program makes 59% and covers a cycle with 8 vitrified oocytes, distant patient monitoring while preparing to the transfer by our doctor and coordinator, oocyte warming, ICSI, embryo culture and embryo transfer. We guarantee an individual approach to each patient, assistance with visa application and travelling arrangements.
This treatment package is offered for women who have difficulties in conceiving due to male and female factor.Embryo donation also helps to solve a problem of donor choosing for that people, who aren’t sure about how their donor must look like.Main advantages of this program is its extremely low price, simplicity and related usage of ICSI method will help to avoid any possible problems on fertilization stage and will be a great guarantee of successful treatment.
Once a fertility specialist confirms the possibility of the patient’s own stimulation, however, the expected ovarian response to hormonal stimulation, as well as the predicted number of retrieved oocytes is not high, the patients are offered to consider an option whereby embryos would be created out of their own oocytes, received after the stimulation and vitrified donor oocytes, available at our bank to avoid transfer cancellation due to the absence of embryos. The patient undergoes a regular stimulation and on the day of her egg retrieval, the embryologist warm the chosen by the patient donor vitrify donor oocytes. ICSI is performed with all patient’s and donors mature oocytes and the embryos are cultured in separate dishes until the transfer. On the day of the transfer the best quality embryos will be transferred.
